All reservations made with Hilton Bounce LLC require a payment in full before the day of the event for all inflatables and concessions. Cancellation of all reservations must be requested more than 24 hours in advance to receive a full refund. Last minute cancellation of a reservation (within 24 hours of the event) will be subject to a $75 fee.
